| Q: When will my financial reports be completed each month?
If no complications arise, your monthly financial statements will be prepared for you by no later than the 15th of the following month. |

| Q: When and how do I contact my accounting team?
You have access to your accounting team whenever you need them during normal business hours and after hours through our email support or consultant “on duty” mobile number. |

| Q: Do you charge by the hour? How does pricing work?
After reviewing your business, we will estimate the number of hours required to meet your accounting needs. We will then give you a quote for a monthly rate. This rate will not change unless your business increases in size, thereby demanding more from your accounting team. We do not charge by the hour unless you ask us to do something outside of the initial agreement you have with us. |

| Q: How do I get documents to you?
If we need to see any of your documents, our online e-file cabinet allows you upload and transfer documents to your accounting team. Alternatively, you may scan and email them to us. |

| Q: How will I know how my business is doing?
You will receive a dashboard report on a weekly basis online which details the key financial results of your business. |

| Q: How safe is my iCashbook file? Unlike many other accounting and bookkeeping firms, we do not send your accounting file anywhere each night for processing. Your file is password protected and hosted on a secure and encrypted server network. The only people that will have the ability to access your iCashbook file will be you and your August Accounting team. | |
| Q: How will I access my iCashbook file?
Our unique hosting platform means that you will be able to log in to your iCashbook information and cashbook from any internet connection 24/7. |

| Q: Why do I have an account adviser?
We assign an account adviser to each client to ensure that there is strong communication between you, your staff, and your August Accounting team. Your account adviser makes sure your accounting needs are being met at all times |

| Q: Do you process GST returns?
As part of our service, we ensure that your GST returns are completed and submitted to you for filing with the IRD. |

| Q: Do you do year-end tax returns?
Yes. We do everything for you. |

| Q: What is a dashboard report?
A dashboard report is a one-page snapshot of how your business is doing financially. It is an easy to read report that quickly gives you the necessary information you need to succeed. |

Simply contact us and advise that you wish to send an invoice. |

| Q: Why do you assign a team to my business?
We designate a small team to your business to ensure that you have well-rounded professionals available to you at all times. |

| Q: Do you outsource the bookkeeping tasks offshore like most other accounting companies do?
No. We do everything ourselves using our own consultants. Many of our competitors may ship your records and bookkeeping tasks to off shore bookkeeping houses to save on costs, but we prefer that all your work is done locally. This allows us to provide a higher quality of service to you and your business. |

All information is kept on our secure servers, automatically backed up day, and accessible only to you and your accounting team. |
